These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the policies and expectations between Serōhaus (“Designer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the Client (“you,” “your”). By booking a service, submitting payment, or otherwise engaging with Serōhaus, you agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of Work
Serōhaus will provide the design services described in your selected package (The Reset Mini, The Refined Room Plan, The Signature Reset, or any add-ons). Deliverables are specific to the package purchased and outlined in your proposal or service guide. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information, room measurements, and photos where requested.
Respond to communication and provide feedback within the agreed timelines.
Review all design deliverables and confirm approval before final delivery.
Ensure your space and budget align with your project goals.
Delays in communication or incomplete information may extend the project timeline.
3. Design Services
Serōhaus provides virtual interior design services unless otherwise stated. Our recommendations are conceptual in nature and not construction documents. We do not provide architectural drawings, structural plans, or contractor supervision.
Serōhaus is not responsible for installation, measurement errors, or issues that arise from third-party work or purchasing decisions.
4. Purchasing & Sourcing
If your package includes sourcing:
Product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines are subject to change by third-party vendors.
Serōhaus is not liable for defects, delays, or inaccuracies in products purchased by the Client.
You are responsible for reviewing dimensions, warranties, and return policies before ordering.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments are due as outlined in your proposal or invoice.
Payments are non-refundable once design work has begun.
If the Client cancels before work begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued for completed design time, delivered files, or services rendered.
In rare circumstances, a design credit may be offered for future services.
6. Revisions
Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds, noted in your proposal. Requests beyond the included revisions or after final delivery may incur additional fees. All revision requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.
7. Communication & Support
You will receive design support via email, your client portal, or other agreed methods for the duration specified in your package. Communication outside that window or through unauthorized channels may not be guaranteed a response.
Discovery calls are complimentary. Any additional consultations outside of the package scope will be billed accordingly.
8. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All design materials, concepts, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Serōhaus.
You may use final deliverables for personal use only. Reproduction, resale, or public publication of our materials without written consent is prohibited.
9. Confidentiality
All personal and project information shared with Serōhaus is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required to complete your project or by law.
10. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing.
If the Client cancels after work has begun, the Client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to that point. No refunds will be provided for delivered work.
We reserve the right to terminate a project if communication becomes unresponsive or unprofessional. In such cases, any completed work will remain payable.
11. Liability Disclaimer
Serōhaus is not responsible for product or vendor performance, delays, damages, or third-party errors. Implementation of design plans is at the Client’s discretion and risk.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
